Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Elyno, the user agrees to these terms. Elyno is intended for legally capable business users and authorised representatives, not for children or consumer entertainment.
What Elyno provides
Elyno organises uploaded business documents, extracts information with AI, applies deterministic workflow rules, prepares summaries and invoices, supports bank reconciliation and creates export packages. Features may differ by country, platform, subscription or technical availability.
Not tax, accounting or legal advice
Elyno assists with record preparation and routine calculations. It does not submit tax returns, provide regulated advice, guarantee legal compliance or replace a qualified accountant, tax adviser or lawyer. The user must review material amounts, VAT treatment, deadlines, filings and payment decisions.
AI results and user review
AI can misread a document, amount, currency, tax identifier, counterparty or deadline. Confidence indicators and review states are aids, not guarantees. Users must verify source documents before relying on, exporting or submitting a result.
Account security
Users must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials and devices, and promptly report unauthorised access. An account may be suspended where necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
User content and permissions
Users keep ownership of uploaded documents and generated business content. They grant Elyno a limited permission to host, copy, transform and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Users must have lawful authority to upload third-party data.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful content, bypass access controls, probe the infrastructure, overload the service, distribute malware, impersonate others, infringe rights, use Elyno for fraud or treat generated content as certified professional advice.
Subscriptions and store billing
If paid plans are offered through Apple or Google, billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by the relevant store under its terms. Elyno does not receive full payment-card details from the store. Available trial or subscription status may be shown in the app.
Availability and changes
Elyno may update, add, limit or discontinue features, including third-party integrations. Planned maintenance and urgent security work may interrupt access. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve data and notify users of material changes.
Intellectual property
The Elyno name, software, interface, documentation and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer Elyno intellectual property.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Elyno is not liable for decisions made without reviewing source documents or obtaining required professional advice. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and deletion
Users may stop using Elyno and delete the account at any time. Elyno may terminate or suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, non-payment where applicable or legal necessity. Data handling after deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law and competent courts depend on the controller’s registered establishment and mandatory rules that protect the user. The parties should first try to resolve concerns through Elyno support. These terms do not waive non-excludable statutory rights.
Languages and updates
Translations are provided for accessibility. Where legally permitted and a translation differs materially, the English version is the reference version. The effective date changes when the terms are updated; material changes may be announced in the app.
